Essential Question: How does the cuisine of a country help explain the country's history and culture?
Explore. Experience. Record. Connect. Travel to a country and eat the cuisine; then come to the Ning site and share your thoughts with the group. Eat a local dish, interview people, take pictures, write a blog, film the food being prepared -- BE CREATIVE!
